Larry has a nickname…the “Godfather” of Richmond real estate. In over 42 years of selling homes to thousands of people and families he has seen it all. Larry was born in Richmond and raised his family here with Annemarie. Together they grew several family businesses including two restaurants in Steveston and were the principals behind the development of the Steveston waterfront that everyone enjoys today. + More- Less

Taylor has grown up watching Metro Vancouver evolve. Born and raised on the dynamic island community of Richmond, Taylor watched his father’s real estate career flourish and realized this was his calling too. After earning a degree at BCIT and taking the real estate course through UBC, Taylor became a full-time REALTOR ® in 2003 and joined this father Larry as a partner shortly thereafter. + More- Less
The Real Estate industry has seen a lot of change over the years. Education, professional standards and consumer protection continue to be a high priority for Taylor, and he continues to advocate through boards within the industry. His niche for stratas and investment properties came naturally to him. He has been a member of several strata councils, bought and sold numerous properties over the years, has helped our clients find investment properties and continues to be a landlord himself. His well-rounded knowledge of the real estate market has fast become respected by peers and clients alike. Trustworthiness and dedication to excellence are Taylors commitments.
He and his family have enjoyed living in this tightknit community. It is rare he can leave the house without stopping for a chat with a friend or client. He has always been a people person and getting to watch his clients grow and love this community as much as he does is why he does what he does. From time to time you may find Taylor arriving for showings on his motorcycle or popping by clients; homes in his little happy pick-up truck sometimes loaded with Christmas trees headed for recycling, or full of pumpkins for Halloween.

As soon as she met Larry and Taylor she knew this was the team for her, with a combined 50+ years in the industry and 81% of their business done by referral this was the mentorship she was looking for. On a personal note, she and her husband Tom are rookie globe trotters and enjoy exploring all that this city has to offer, they spend their spare time boating, camping and checking out the local live music, eateries and craft breweries. Although they are living in the big city now, Courtney treasures her small-town values.
